Your assessment should make the open questions visible. An estimate becomes a verified position only after the supporting evidence is reviewed.

  1. Share your position

Start with the project, price, amount paid and next instalment. Tell us your preferred timeline and whether privacy matters.

  2. Review the evidence

Check the SPA, statement of account and registration record. Confirm developer requirements, missing documents and any payment shortfall.

  3. Agree your route

Review pricing evidence, a written cost breakdown and expected net proceeds. Agree the mandate and permissions before marketing.

  4. Assess the buyer and complete

Review the buyer’s available funds and remaining payment capacity. Progress agreed terms, developer approval and the applicable registration process.

Can I sell my off-plan property before handover?

Potentially. Your SPA, payment history and the developer’s current transfer requirements determine the route. FORRSA reviews those inputs before recommending a listing. There is no single paid-percentage threshold that applies to every Dubai project.

How much money will I get back?

Your indicative proceeds are the agreed resale price minus the outstanding developer balance and your selling costs. A top-up changes the timing of your cash commitments; it does not create profit. The calculator on this page lets you explore your own assumptions.

Can I keep my sale private?

Ask for Silent Exit. The proposed route is a private introduction to suitable buyers rather than a public advert. Agree the sharing permissions and marketing mandate before releasing property details.

What documents should I prepare?

Start with your sale and purchase agreement (SPA), latest developer statement of account, Oqood or registration record, payment receipts and remaining instalment schedule. Request the secure document-sharing process from the team; do not send identity documents in an initial enquiry.

Does FORRSA buy my property directly?

FORRSA Exit is a resale and transfer service, not a guaranteed cash-buying offer. A sale depends on a suitable buyer, agreed terms and the required approvals. You remain responsible for contractual payments until the relevant obligations are formally transferred.

What does the service cost?

Request a written breakdown for your position before proceeding. Brokerage, developer, registration and other applicable costs depend on the transaction and agreed allocation. No fee or sale timeline is guaranteed by this page.
