The Land Department registered 631 property sales in Q3 2004, worth AED 2.79B in total, across 71 communities. That is 23% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,350,000 at AED 220/sqft, 73.7% above the same quarter last year. 1% of sales were off-plan.
