The Land Department registered 2,137 property sales in October 2010, worth AED 4.15B in total, across 63 communities. That is 46% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,070,000 at AED 810/sqft, 13.3% above the same month last year. 12% of sales were off-plan.
Al Thanyah Fifth was the busiest community with 448 registered sales, while Burj Khalifa took the most money at AED 878.34M.
