The Land Department registered 3,265 property sales in February 2010, worth AED 5.67B in total, across 57 communities. That is 14% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,024,116 at AED 836/sqft, 13.1% above the same month last year. 45% of sales were off-plan.

Business Bay was the busiest community with 618 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 805.57M.

Against the previous month, Business Bay rose 724% to 618 sales, while Marsa Dubai fell 10% to 431.
