In a sentence

The Land Department registered 2,070 property sales in July 2015, worth AED 7.57B in total, across 89 communities. That is 33% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,417,350 at AED 918/sqft, 10% below the same month last year. 17% of sales were off-plan.

Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 186 registered sales, while Al Merkadh took the most money at AED 976.41M.

Against the previous month, Wadi Al Safa 2 rose 83% to 95 sales, while Jabal Ali First fell 66% to 59.
