Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside July 2017. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 3,814 property sales in July 2017, worth AED 7.53B in total, across 90 communities. That is 16% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,134,150 at AED 1,049/sqft, 7% below the same month last year. 53% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 341 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 536.57M.
Against the previous month, Madinat Al Mataar rose 382% to 241 sales, while Al Hebiah Fourth fell 18% to 98.
