Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside December 2018. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 2,401 property sales in December 2018, worth AED 6.15B in total, across 94 communities. That is 36% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,137,532 at AED 950/sqft, 13.1% below the same month last year. 46% of sales were off-plan.
Al Warsan First was the busiest community with 209 registered sales, while Saih Aldahal took the most money at AED 447.90M.
Against the previous month, Palm Jumeirah rose 36% to 122 sales, while Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid fell 37% to 118.
