Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside March 2021. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 4,837 property sales in March 2021, worth AED 11.42B in total, across 98 communities. That is 59% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,339,500 at AED 919/sqft, 8.1% below the same month last year. 36% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 539 registered sales, while Palm Jumeirah took the most money at AED 1.49B.
Against the previous month, Wadi Al Safa 5 rose 107% to 118 sales, while Al Warsan First fell 9% to 105.
