The Land Department registered 4,319 property sales in October 2014, worth AED 10.79B in total, across 87 communities. That is 46% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,594,888 at AED 988/sqft, 8.1% above the same month last year. 37% of sales were off-plan.

Burj Khalifa was the busiest community with 551 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 2.28B.

Against the previous month, Burj Khalifa rose 196% to 551 sales, while Al Hebiah Fifth fell 79% to 92.
