Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside February 2019. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 2,890 property sales in February 2019, worth AED 7.91B in total, across 94 communities. That is 3% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,350,000 at AED 966/sqft, 17.9% below the same month last year. 49% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 272 registered sales, while Wadi Al Safa 5 took the most money at AED 1.59B.
Against the previous month, Palm Jumeirah rose 191% to 195 sales, while Wadi Al Safa 5 fell 26% to 61.
