Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside January 2021. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 3,109 property sales in January 2021, worth AED 6.18B in total, across 91 communities. That is 18% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,223,073 at AED 871/sqft, 3.8% below the same month last year. 29% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 313 registered sales, while Palm Jumeirah took the most money at AED 578.54M.
Against the previous month, Nad Al Shiba Third rose 72% to 93 sales, while Al Yelayiss 2 fell 25% to 127.
