Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside June 2026. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 13,759 property sales in June 2026, worth AED 32.66B in total, across 117 communities. That is 17% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,158,000 at AED 1,689/sqft, 2.9% above the same month last year. 72% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 2,851 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 3.11B.
Against the previous month, Al Barshaa South Second rose 216% to 237 sales, while Wadi Al Safa 3 fell 59% to 405.
