Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside May 2026. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 10,444 property sales in May 2026, worth AED 29.42B in total, across 106 communities. That is 44% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,210,850 at AED 1,654/sqft, 3.3% above the same month last year. 72% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 1,359 registered sales, while Business Bay took the most money at AED 2.73B.
Against the previous month, Wadi Al Safa 4 rose 143% to 292 sales, while Al Khairan First fell 75% to 149.
