Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside July 2026. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 13,934 property sales in July 2026, worth AED 34.88B in total, across 126 communities. That is 31% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,150,000 at AED 1,687/sqft, 2.6% above the same month last year. 69% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 2,425 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 2.86B.
Against the previous month, Jabal Ali Industrial Second rose 261% to 1,046 sales, while Al Barshaa South Second fell 70% to 70.
