The Land Department registered 3,589 property sales in June 2015, worth AED 10.42B in total, across 104 communities. That is 31% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,375,000 at AED 989/sqft, 9.2% below the same month last year. 24% of sales were off-plan.

Nadd Hessa was the busiest community with 273 registered sales, while Al Merkadh took the most money at AED 855.60M.

Against the previous month, Nadd Hessa rose 133% to 273 sales, while Al Hebiah Fourth fell 39% to 195.
