Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside March 2016. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 2,902 property sales in March 2016, worth AED 8.30B in total, across 103 communities. That is 19% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,250,940 at AED 889/sqft, 18.7% below the same month last year. 31% of sales were off-plan.
Saih Shuaib 1 was the busiest community with 254 registered sales, while World Islands took the most money at AED 841.79M.
Against the previous month, Al Hebiah Fourth rose 19% to 217 sales, while Me'Aisem First fell 72% to 92.
