Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q2 2026. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 38,275 property sales in Q2 2026, worth AED 110.84B in total, across 135 communities. That is 28% fewer than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,349,100 at AED 1,716/sqft, 6.8% above the same quarter last year. 73% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 5,391 registered sales, while Business Bay took the most money at AED 8.70B.
Against the previous quarter, Saih Shuaib 1 rose 609% to 390 sales, while Me'Aisem Second fell 87% to 65.
