The Land Department registered 3,575 property sales in March 2015, worth AED 10.74B in total, across 92 communities. That is 36% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,595,050 at AED 1,094/sqft, 6.1% above the same month last year. 27% of sales were off-plan.

Business Bay was the busiest community with 322 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 1.09B.

Against the previous month, Al Thanyah Third rose 290% to 238 sales, while Al Barshaa South Third fell 68% to 56.
