Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside February 2016. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 4,998 property sales in February 2016, worth AED 10.03B in total, across 97 communities. That is 41% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,134,052 at AED 931/sqft, 9.7% below the same month last year. 50% of sales were off-plan.
Nadd Hessa was the busiest community with 455 registered sales, while Burj Khalifa took the most money at AED 792.08M.
Against the previous month, Nadd Hessa rose 325% to 455 sales, while Saih Shuaib 1 fell 63% to 401.
