Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2020. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 7,829 property sales in Q3 2020, worth AED 16.67B in total, across 113 communities. That is 14% fewer than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,110,000 at AED 834/sqft, 10.6% below the same quarter last year. 32% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 579 registered sales, while Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid took the most money at AED 1.79B.
Against the previous quarter, Al Yelayiss 2 rose 427% to 522 sales, while Al Merkadh fell 41% to 320.
