Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside February 2021. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 3,421 property sales in February 2021, worth AED 6.77B in total, across 94 communities. That is 7% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,175,000 at AED 870/sqft, 8.5% below the same month last year. 31% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 394 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 683.29M.
Against the previous month, Al Merkadh rose 52% to 117 sales, while Wadi Al Safa 5 fell 50% to 57.
