Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside September 2021. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 5,631 property sales in September 2021, worth AED 15.96B in total, across 100 communities. That is 81% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,511,888 at AED 1,006/sqft, 19.1% above the same month last year. 43% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 484 registered sales, while Palm Jumeirah took the most money at AED 1.90B.
Against the previous month, Al Khairan First rose 145% to 169 sales, while Jabal Ali First fell 65% to 101.
