Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2021. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 15,522 property sales in Q3 2021, worth AED 41.67B in total, across 124 communities. That is 98% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,518,072 at AED 1,013/sqft, 21.5% above the same quarter last year. 42% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 1,652 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 5.06B.
Against the previous quarter, Madinat Al Mataar rose 231% to 377 sales, while Dubai Investment Park First fell 56% to 118.
