Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside March 2022. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 8,278 property sales in March 2022, worth AED 22.58B in total, across 114 communities. That is 71% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,600,000 at AED 1,183/sqft, 28.7% above the same month last year. 38% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 888 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 2.39B.
Against the previous month, Al Hebiah Fourth rose 144% to 263 sales, while Jabal Ali First fell 43% to 241.
