Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside April 2022. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 6,786 property sales in April 2022, worth AED 17.68B in total, across 95 communities. That is 43% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,569,000 at AED 1,134/sqft, 26% above the same month last year. 38% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 650 registered sales, while Palm Jumeirah took the most money at AED 1.74B.
Against the previous month, Al Barshaa South Third rose 27% to 198 sales, while Al Wasl fell 65% to 90.
