Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside June 2022. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 8,631 property sales in June 2022, worth AED 22.34B in total, across 121 communities. That is 42% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,620,000 at AED 1,134/sqft, 15.9% above the same month last year. 38% of sales were off-plan.
Burj Khalifa was the busiest community with 796 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 2.30B.
Against the previous month, Jabal Ali First rose 91% to 453 sales, while Jumeirah First fell 39% to 75.
