The Land Department registered 4,059 property sales in June 2010, worth AED 6.72B in total, across 65 communities. That is 55% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 940,344 at AED 850/sqft, 8% below the same month last year. 38% of sales were off-plan.

Al Thanyah Fifth was the busiest community with 956 registered sales, while Burj Khalifa took the most money at AED 1.55B.

Against the previous month, Al Thanyah Fifth rose 142% to 956 sales, while Jabal Ali First fell 52% to 61.
