Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside November 2014. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 4,484 property sales in November 2014, worth AED 11.69B in total, across 89 communities. That is 8% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,303,737 at AED 1,036/sqft, 12% above the same month last year. 26% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 426 registered sales, while Burj Khalifa took the most money at AED 1.23B.
Against the previous month, Al Hebiah Third rose 70% to 226 sales, while Nad Al Shiba First fell 64% to 51.
