The Land Department registered 3,293 property sales in July 2016, worth AED 8.42B in total, across 87 communities. That is 59% more than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,490,986 at AED 1,129/sqft, 22.9% above the same month last year. 58% of sales were off-plan.

Burj Khalifa was the busiest community with 384 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 1.76B.

Against the previous month, Burj Khalifa rose 276% to 384 sales, while Palm Jumeirah fell 46% to 50.
