Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2017. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 10,768 property sales in Q3 2017, worth AED 25.22B in total, across 126 communities. That is 9% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,204,444 at AED 1,043/sqft, 2.7% above the same quarter last year. 54% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 975 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 2.17B.
Against the previous quarter, Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid rose 427% to 722 sales, while Al Yufrah 3 fell 68% to 91.
