Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2019. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 9,061 property sales in Q3 2019, worth AED 17.24B in total, across 116 communities. That is 33% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,210,167 at AED 932/sqft, 0.7% above the same quarter last year. 56% of sales were off-plan.
Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 917 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 1.97B.
Against the previous quarter, Wadi Al Safa 2 rose 334% to 317 sales, while Al Merkadh fell 39% to 327.
