Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside July 2023. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 11,034 property sales in July 2023, worth AED 37.47B in total, across 107 communities. That is 54% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,637,340 at AED 1,372/sqft, 17.5% above the same month last year. 47% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 969 registered sales, while Ghadeer Al tair took the most money at AED 6.67B.
Against the previous month, Madinat Hind 4 rose 151% to 304 sales, while Um Suqaim Third fell 69% to 68.
