Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside September 2023. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 13,390 property sales in September 2023, worth AED 36.79B in total, across 112 communities. That is 56% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,489,944 at AED 1,423/sqft, 16.5% above the same month last year. 59% of sales were off-plan.
Al Merkadh was the busiest community with 1,634 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 3.51B.
Against the previous month, Al Hebiah Sixth rose 304% to 331 sales, while Al Yufrah 1 fell 83% to 76.
