The Land Department registered 33,239 property sales in 2020, worth AED 69.31B in total, across 147 communities. That is 10% fewer than the year before.

The median sale was AED 1,200,000 at AED 910/sqft, 4.8% below the year before. 44% of sales were off-plan.

Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 2,982 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 6.29B.

Against the previous year, Al Hebiah Sixth rose 215% to 318 sales, while Madinat Hind 4 fell 68% to 56.
