Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside August 2023. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 11,737 property sales in August 2023, worth AED 33.16B in total, across 107 communities. That is 24% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,571,888 at AED 1,404/sqft, 22.5% above the same month last year. 58% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 1,186 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 3.75B.
Against the previous month, Al Barsha South Fifth rose 254% to 340 sales, while Wadi Al Safa 7 fell 58% to 50.
