Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside September 2024. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 17,657 property sales in September 2024, worth AED 44.19B in total, across 114 communities. That is 32% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,580,387 at AED 1,539/sqft, 8.1% above the same month last year. 65% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 1,637 registered sales, while Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid took the most money at AED 2.59B.
Against the previous month, Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid rose 322% to 869 sales, while Al Wasl fell 67% to 117.
