Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside June 2025. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 16,510 property sales in June 2025, worth AED 54.81B in total, across 119 communities. That is 17% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,595,768 at AED 1,641/sqft, 12.8% above the same month last year. 59% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 1,484 registered sales, while Dubai Investment Park Second took the most money at AED 4.48B.
Against the previous month, Wadi Al Safa 2 rose 183% to 266 sales, while Me'Aisem Second fell 72% to 96.
