Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside October 2017. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 3,812 property sales in October 2017, worth AED 9.25B in total, across 100 communities. That is 19% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,034,490 at AED 968/sqft, 2.9% above the same month last year. 54% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 375 registered sales, while Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid took the most money at AED 669.49M.
Against the previous month, Wadi Al Safa 2 rose 189% to 156 sales, while Burj Khalifa fell 28% to 124.
