Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2022. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 25,162 property sales in Q3 2022, worth AED 68.88B in total, across 132 communities. That is 62% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,525,051 at AED 1,170/sqft, 15.5% above the same quarter last year. 46% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 3,082 registered sales, while Palm Jumeirah took the most money at AED 5.68B.
Against the previous quarter, Al Barshaa South Third rose 145% to 1,119 sales, while Al Kifaf fell 62% to 57.
