Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q3 2024. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 49,945 property sales in Q3 2024, worth AED 141.57B in total, across 139 communities. That is 38% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,625,000 at AED 1,508/sqft, 7.5% above the same quarter last year. 63% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 4,442 registered sales, while Madinat Al Mataar took the most money at AED 8.41B.
Against the previous quarter, Dubai Investment Park Second rose 1,024% to 618 sales, while Ras Al Khor Industrial First fell 77% to 400.
