Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q4 2024. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 50,154 property sales in Q4 2024, worth AED 147.26B in total, across 153 communities. That is 43% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,500,000 at AED 1,561/sqft, 9.1% above the same quarter last year. 62% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 4,738 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 9.25B.
Against the previous quarter, Al Yelayiss 1 rose 411% to 511 sales, while Nad Al Shiba First fell 57% to 195.
