The Land Department registered 10,464 property sales in June 2023, worth AED 30.37B in total, across 109 communities. That is 21% more than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,584,888 at AED 1,413/sqft, 24.6% above the same month last year. 50% of sales were off-plan.

Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 1,054 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 4.15B.

Against the previous month, Al Merkadh rose 54% to 648 sales, while Me'Aisem First fell 42% to 145.
