Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside August 2025. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 18,306 property sales in August 2025, worth AED 50.50B in total, across 112 communities. That is 15% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,485,000 at AED 1,711/sqft, 15.2% above the same month last year. 70% of sales were off-plan.
Business Bay was the busiest community with 1,647 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 3.97B.
Against the previous month, Jabal Ali First rose 87% to 1,054 sales, while Trade Center First fell 68% to 64.
