Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside Q2 2023. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 30,014 property sales in Q2 2023, worth AED 89.78B in total, across 135 communities. That is 37% more than the same quarter a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,510,000 at AED 1,344/sqft, 16.4% above the same quarter last year. 48% of sales were off-plan.
Al Barsha South Fourth was the busiest community with 3,263 registered sales, while Marsa Dubai took the most money at AED 12.44B.
Against the previous quarter, Zaabeel Second rose 175% to 264 sales, while Al Barshaa South Second fell 79% to 119.
